House Sitter in Clearwater, Florida

I have moved from PA to Florida 6 months ago and have worked independently with housesitting and occasional housekeeping. I come to your home on the days you require and check everything from all windows/doors securely locked, no water leaks under cabinets/rec rooms, check all rooms to make sure everything is the way you left it til you come home, I do sleep over if client feels secure knowing someone is st their home, water all plants, take out garbage, bring in mail , newspapers, make sure clients regular schedule landscaper has been there. Accept any packages so they don't remain on doorstep. I will accommodate the clients needs from the time they leave until they return. I have strong references. I've worked in the banking business, US Census Bureau in 2009/10 season, worked in newspaper business. Extremely flexible.
