Whats more important than piece of mind that your personal items and home is safe while you are away? I am offering not only the security that the house hasnt been broken into but also ability to check for items such as water leaks, electrical issues, hvac etc etc that a homeowner would normally be on top of if any issues were to arise.
I am a WM aged 49 with extensive background in residential contracting. I also have Security background. I can be 100% depended on. Reliability is my greatest attribute.
Wheather you are on an overnight trip or you are gone for year or more I am capable of up keeping your property as if you were there daily. That piece of mind is priceless but my rates are extremely reasonable! Thanks and have a great day.
