I have owned 12 large 1920's homes in LA. I rented them out mostly to film industry professionals for over 20 yrs. I house sat many times for strangers and my tenants. I know what pride of ownership means and what a home owners expects. Trust, confidence, keeping a low profile, maturity are vital to give the owner a stress free absence. I owned a 2 office, 20 employee company for 28 yrs. I am retired now and able to take over when you need to take off. My own home is well maintained, art & books fill the walls. I consider myself a minimalist. I have no problem caring for valuables, plants or cleaning. My background is an executive recruiter for doctors and lawyers, property manager, ceramic specialist and proud parent of a 29 yr old.
