House Sitter in Phoenix, Arizona

Greetings, As a resident growing up in Paradise Valley since the early 1970s, I have run an established photography local business since 1988. I’m selling my current home of the past 18 years in the Arcadia area soon and I’m purchasing a 28’ Airstream and looking for a place to park and live. If possible I’m looking to remain in the Arcadia, Paradise Valley or Biltmore central part of the valley. I am open to any options or living arrangements including renting space, but would prefer to live on property as a caretaker, estate manager or long-term house sitter and trade services if possible. If the perfect situation and spot is available but is not RV hook up ready then I may be willing to have the work done to make the perfect spot work. I am hoping to turn this move into an additional career that best fit my lifestyle to continue my photography business. I am extremely responsibly, quiet, single and have no pets. I have multiple capabilities and certifications, along with three separate background clearance cards from volunteering for the Arizona Burn Foundation's Camp Courage for burn survivors; a real estate fingerprint card and having concealed weapons permit for 20 years. Upon request I can supply an extensive list of local referrals as I have lived in Paradise Valley and Arcadia and done business across the valley my entire life.
