My former background has provided me with extensive experience in property and project management as well as the complementary areas of risk management, leasing, capital projects, overseeing staff, and financial operations. I recently moved to the capital district and have started my own business with a focus on managing residential real estate concerns in Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Warren Counties. My previous experience consisted of managing corporate real estate, directing extensive capital projects and overseeing risk management for an internationally known publishing company in NYC, with assets in excess of $1 billion. Directly responsible for overseeing planning, logistics and operational execution of company's groundbreaking move to One World Trade Center on time and on budget. Supervised and organized the owner’s $1.5B 20th century art collection in addition to performing numerous fiduciary related roles consistent with the owners’ operations. I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment, of “getting the job done” to the satisfaction of all. I also enjoy working with people from all backgrounds, and I relish challenges that may change from day to day. My ultimate goal is seeing happy, satisfied customers at the end of a project or knowing that their house & pets are in great hands.
