Nice to meet you! My name is Juliann. I have owned four of my own homes and did most of the maintenance myself. If the house springs a leak I will try to fix it myself before calling a plumber! I am clean and am very diligent about making sure things are not just clean on the surface but that the dust bunnies are chased out of the corners!
I have been working seasonal jobs and traveling for the last 5 years. This year I am working for the forest service in Oscoda so I have passed a full government background check to get the job. Last year I worked Sequoia National Park at the gate so I passed a full credit background check for that position.
I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and kayaking so am really excited about spending time near Lake Huron.

Juliann & I were professional colleagues for years. In recent years she has watched our house and our dog when we were out of town. As a dog mom it was hard to leave our elderly pooch with just anyone. I don’t let just anyone have access to my house but I felt comfortable doing so with Juliann.
She has also helped out on a temporary basis In my office in recent years. Juliann is calm, friendly and able to adapt to almost any situation. She is trustworthy, flexible, and pays attention to details. I highly recommend Juliann as a house sitter.
