As a home-owner, landlord, tenant, and pet-owner, I understand the needs and requirements of taking care of and showing respect for your space and beloved pets while you are away from home. Respecting your privacy and affectionately caring for your pet and home, is my mission. I am an exceptional cook and house-keeper. Cooking and cleaning services also available upon request. There is nothing better than returning after a long trip to a clean home, hot meal, and a happy pet. This is my specialty! Out of respect for our current landlords, we cannot host your pet, however, I am offering in-home pet-sitting and house-sitting services, that include plant watering, mail pickup, and trash removal as part of my care package. Light dishes and laundry may be added per request, separate from cleaning services. I have several years of house and pet-sitting from Montana, Missouri, and now Virginia. I am an active-duty AF wife in Newport News who is clean, reliable, professional, and a non-smoker. I am originally from western Montana, have a B.A. in math, business, and economics; and have been working remote for a forensic accounting firm for the past 6 years. My husband is an attorney and we have two loving, playful, and healthy black and tan hounds. I have an completely clean record, having successfully passed several background checks (for federal and state jobs). We have been in Virginia since summer 2017, having enjoyed all the local attractions, traveling to the Shenandoah Valley, Monticello, DC, and other surrounding areas. Our favorite activities thus far have been walking the dogs through the Williamsburg farmers market and going to Yorktown beach. My hobbies include woodworking/handcrafting decor, meal-prepping, decorating, and zumba. My recommended process- Before you plan to leave for your trip, I'd love to make your acquaintance in person. If you still choose to use my services, I kindly request a tour of your space, to meet your pet(s), discuss your expectations/requests/necessities to meet your home/pet’s needs as best I can. Services Available - Property watching, pet-walking/feeding/play-time, day-time in-home pet-sitting, overnight pet-sitting, full house-sitting (includes light dishes/clean-up upon request), cleaning and cooking (upon special request). Overnight stays will be additional $10/night. Service Lengths: 1 day to 1 month. *note: pet services do not include snakes, reptiles, or insects.
