About me... i am 55 year old, physically fit man. Non-smoker. Single I am retiring at the end of August and my plan is to come to California. Background: Honors Physical Education Degree with major in Exercise Physiology Became certified Canadian PGA member and held positions of Head Professional, Director of Golf and General Manager in the golf industry. This evolved into the golf course construction arm of the business, building courses, operational building and facilities, hiring and training management and support staff. My final few years have been working as a Director of Facilities for a Yacht club. This career has honed my carpentry skills and provided a sound knowledge of HVAC and electrical (my time at the Yacht club has expanded this to dock and shore power). Although i have been very fortunate to work for some very prestigious organizations I personally have always kept a low key profile. I am no longer married, but have two great sons, 34 and 22. The oldest works in the Food industry and the youngest is currently on an NCAA hockey scholarship. Myself, I enjoy good conversation, but I have come to value my time alone. Sadly my ex will be keeping my dog and for the time being i would prefer a house sit that does not have dogs or cats...somehow it would not seem right if i cant have my own dog with me.
