House Sitter in Utica, New York

I am looking for part time or full time work. I currently house sit and have pet sit many times in New York. I am a licensed real estate agent in New York working part time in the computer industry, but willing to fully retire on that. I am a Google Certified Guide for the Tampa Bay area and working part time on some food tours in Clearwater Beach. I relocated to the area just a few weeks ago and have a nice little place on Bay Esplanade. I am a decorated military signals intelligence Officer with a Gulf War related service medal and good conduct medal. I worked gathering signals that at least in part helped clean up in the gulf in record time. One of our countries most decisive victories anyplace. I was also a pet sitter part time with Meows and Bow Wows in Upstate New York. I am trustworthy, handy, a father to two children and available almost all the time. See you soon!
