Let me know what your needs are and I will deliver. I am home owner and understand that each property has "needs". For example, if a basement gets too cold in the winter, pipes can freeze. Important to monitor such things.
Outside water fawcets need to be closed and covered, (water drained from pipes) to avoid pipes freezing. Knowing how to accomplish such things is important "experience" for costs to repair can be expensive. I know how to change filters for AC/Heater...etc. 276-733-...
