House Sitter in Charlevoix, Michigan

I am new to house sitting, but am very reliable, trustworthy, and hard working. My past experience is in the hospitality industry. I moved to Charlevoix, Michigan several years ago to take a position as a Venue Coordinator at Castle Farms. Most recently, I was the Event Coordinator and Membership Director at Sommerset Pointe Yacht Club in Boyne City. I left that position on good terms in June of this year, and took the summer off to travel while renting out my house in Charlevoix as a weekly vacation rental. My husband and I plan to move to the U.P. next summer/fall so he can complete his schooling in Environmental Engineering. I will be living at my home in Charlevoix from October to May (at least) and thought house sitting would be an interesting and fun opportunity. My husband has over seven years experience in construction/landscaping/handy work, and is thinking about taking up snow plowing, so that is a bonus if anything is needed in those areas. My schedule for the winter is wide open so far, so I'm very flexible. Please let me know if you would like any additional information or references.
