I have house sat for many different people and have taken care of both run down as well as brand new homes. I'm used to dogs and enjoy playing with cats. I'm very good with big dogs and can train them easily. I'm handy with tools and have many of my own. Skilled with computers and can improve efficiency as well as show you how to set things up. Can build, repair, and jerry-rig (if applicable) anything that is in need and generally having me around means things improve. I follow instructions and do not deviate. I've successfully exterminated a few infestations and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. I have my own residence and transportation although I'm willing to spend as much time at the location as necessary. I've taken care of a variety of plants, fish, snakes, etc. I'm used to people's idiosyncrasies and will be willing to conform to ensure the client is satisfied.
