My name is Ricky and I take great pride in helping people transform their lives. I am honored to work in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. As a fitness professional, I offer fitness training, teach dance and fitness classes, and provide life coaching services. As an independent business owner, I am able to make my own schedule which allows me plenty of time and flexibility. When I'm not working from my home office, I am visiting clients at their homes or place of employment. Some of the services I provide are cooking demonstrations for healthier eating, diet plan consultation, individual or group workouts, and life coaching. In order to perform my job effectively, I have to display a strong level of trust, commitment, and patience. I love working with kids, teenagers, adults, and seniors. With this level of experience, I am able to be transparent and relatable while working with families. Based on the hours spent in the homes of my clients, I am use to working for people in the place they call their "Safe Haven."
