House Sitter in Dallas, Texas

Hello! I am Anthony! I am 24 years old and currently living in Dallas, Texas. I began house sitting nearly 7 years ago when I was a young airman in the U.S. Air Force. At the time, I was living on base in the dorms when a co-worker asked me to watch her two dogs while she went on vacation for a week. As I had been away from home, my family, and my child hood pets, and was desperate to experience life outside of the dorms, I said yes without hesitation. Me and her two dogs, Pepper and Zoe, immediately connected and it wasn't long until I gained the title "Uncle Fox." Tending to the house and taking care of the dogs came to me naturally, and almost effortlessly. In many ways, I felt that my co-worker was doing me as much of a favor as I was doing her. It was not long after watching Zoe and Pepper that she invited me back to watch them, only this time for 6 months while she deployed to Afghanistan. Once she returned, I began more long term housesitting jobs for friends who deployed or went on vacation. Many of their pets had special quirks like unique routines and schedules and even severe medical conditions to like epilepsy. My duties often go beyond the scope of housesitting to running errands, caring for plants, and working with household staff to assure daily tasks are completed. My years of experience, my love for animals, and my innate sense to be of help to others has made each housesitting opportunity one that I truly enjoy. I have a strong commitment to maintaining the trust of homeowners by keeping their homes clean, safe, secure, and in better shape then they left it. At the core, I am professional, considerate and adaptive. It is important to me to give you the peace of mind that all will be well when you leave your home in my care.
