To Whom it May Concern, My name is Abrah Masterson. I am a recent college graduate from Cornell College. I am relocating to Alliance, Ohio, where I plan to volunteer for the University of Mount Union's Women's Cross Country team. As a previous college athlete myself, I demonstrate dedication, loyalty, responsibility, and effective time management skills when I approach any task. As a house sitter, I promise to demonstrate the same commitment. My skills are vast and I am flexible. If chosen for the position, I can offer pet care; cleaning, childcare, basic home maintenance, lawn, and garden care. I am also extremely open to the additional needs of the home owner. I have three years experience working on a maintenance crew for Blue Valley Ranch in Kremmling, Colorado where myself and three others maintained three large residencies. Our job responsibilities included and are not limited to maintaining the outside of the properties, tending the lawns and gardens, maintaining pools, refurbishing decks, and cleaning the interior of homes. In addition to home maintenance skills, I have been a pet owner my entire life. I grew up taking care of three dogs, four cats, three horses, fish, and chickens, and thus I possess vast knowledge on pet care. I also just love animals! Finally, I spent a summer as a camp counselor at Birch Trail Camp for Girls in Minong, Wisconsin. As a camp counselor, I was responsible for the daily needs of children ranging in age from 5-13. The experience gave me knowledge in planning and implementing fun activities for children, as well as basic care such as; meals, sleep schedules, enforcing rules and guidelines, and having fun.
