Available for overnight and/or long term pet and/or house-sitting jobs. Will occupy and oversee house to maintain order and security of property and conduct necessary business transactions during temporary absence of owner/renter. Monitor entrances to property and secure locks and other devices to prevent access of unauthorized persons. In addition to care for their pets, to feed and care for the pets, walk the dog (if requested) and maintain the home in a clean and responsible manner. Answer telephone and doorbell, take messages and forwards information if requested. Forwards or files mail. If requested, pay current bills from designated funds and make deposits to accounts as required. Housekeeping duties such as cleaning, vacuuming, and dusting house, using vacuum cleaner and other housecleaning . Water indoor plants, outside yards, etc. Maintaining utilities, such as plumbing and air-conditioning, to detect problems requiring services of repairer and contacts repair establishment to arrange for necessary repairs. Maintain swimming pool or grounds or perform other related duties. Any other pre-arranged assignments or duties as requested.
