House Sitter in Portland, Oregon

I have a diverse employment history, all of which helps represent my work ethic and variety of skills and experience, and some of which relates to house-sitting. Past employment includes: Three years of nanny experience; Three years yoga instruction; Five years dance instruction/professional choreography; Two years as Camas High coach (varsity dance team); Six years serving/restaurant experience. While I've house-sat as a favor for various family members and friends, I have yet to do so as an official, paid job; in the past, previous jobs have lacked the flexibility to make house-sitting a convenient option. Currently, though, I am involved in a start-up publication and am writing full-time--which means I can telecommute without a hitch. My hope is that, if you're viewing this before I've yet gained official house-sitting experience, you will consider my full work history an indication of my competence and dependability. I'll happily accept jobs where pet care, light cleaning, gardening, and other home maintenance are requirements of the position.
