I love animals and I am more than willing to take care of them. The house will always be left better than I found it. Any services needed I am very flexible and can do specific services; I just ask that there are clear instructions left. I am only available during the summer and over winter break because I am a college student. I have been a house sitter for just over a year. I will be very respectful to you, your home, and any pets if you have them. Whatever amount you feel is appropriate to take care of your home is perfect for me. I say that because yes this is a job, but it is also a mini vacation for me as well because it's relaxing for me to do something new and different. I am very easy going and I'd love to take care of your home. I try my best not to disturb anyone, but if an issue arises I will usually send a text. I will make sure to get clarifications on things I'm unsure of before you leave. I don't mind sending updates every now and then to ease your mind especially if you have pets.
