House Sitter in Los Angeles, California

As someone who has maintained a well-designed living environment for many years, I understand the desire to leave your home in the hands of someone who will care for it as you do; who won't misuse your belongings, and won't have your jaw drop when you get home. That said, ideally I'd like a situation lasting around 6 months. I am relinquishing the duplex in which I lived for 11 years, and I initially planned to relocate to the east coast; however, Hurricane Irma has mandated that I stay in Los Angeles a bit longer. I prefer Los Angeles proper and its surrounding areas (Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, the Westside, the Beach Cities) to the valleys, but have car will travel!
