Hi there, My name is Avi. I'd be the perfect candidate to house sit for you. I work independently as a software developer. Due to this I can work anywhere, anytime and have full availability. I've been house sitting off and on for two years now. Day to day I mostly sit at the computer and wouldn't disturb anything but I have plenty of free time to take care of whatever tasks need doing around the house. I've done lots of different arrangments so the expectations can be set up however you like. Once I even did a daily skype tour for a family in South America who was extra worried about leaving overseas so I'm sure we can design a scenario that you're comfortable with. In the end, my goal is to alleviate worry about the house while away. And for me, it's a good opportunity to lower the rent and have a unique workspace for a bit so, in that spirit, I've always just had nice and mutually beneficial arrangements. I'm a respectful individual and I just keep to myself but can easily take care of basic maintenance tasks like mail, plant care, pet care, trash/recycling removal etc. as well as any other things you might need done or looked after.
