I am an art teacher in the area and my boyfriend is a graduate student at California College of the arts in Oakland and San Francisco and he will be a TA on the Oakland campus in the spring. We recently gave up our lives in Minnesota and moved to the bay area so that he could pursue his dream as an artist. We are looking for an apartment or home in the Berkeley or Oakland area to look after in exchange for rent!! We are both 30, very responsible, and have great rental history. We also have great references from coworkers, family and friends who know how AWESOME we are. We love art, good food, and exploring the Bay Area on our bikes.
