House Sitter Job in Carpinteria, California

Owners will be traveling internationally for 6 months while roof, siding, and windows are renovated on the primary residence. House sitter to maintain residence in guest house. Project management experience preferred. Background check required. No pets, no smoking, no subletting. Must be available on or before September 3, 2019 to March 12 2020. Longer term may be available for certain scenarios. Rent may be offset 100% for qualified individuals, pro-rata share of property utilities paid by occupant, approx $220 monthly. Stable employment history and income verification required.
