House Sitter in Berkeley, California

I am looking for house sitting jobs in the Berkeley/El Cerrito area. I am open to some short-time jobs, but am actively seeking long-term sitting. I work a full-time job and will be starting school part-time in July. I keep a very regular routine and very much enjoy taking care of spaces. This includes but is not limited to: caring for plants or gardens, retrieving mail, taking out the trash, deep cleaning the house, responding to any emergency or need of the home-owners. Because of my time commitments and schedule, I do not throw parties and am often studying or working out on the weekends. I am happy to care for any pets (walk, play, feed) and will want a detailed description of your pet's needs and likes. I will not be seeking my own apartment until my second year of schooling, and it is very grounding for me to take care of someone else's space (it will keep me to a routine!) .
