Hi! My name is Mina. As the headline says, I am very responsible and very respectful. I am also fairly quiet and mostly keep to myself but am extremely friendly when the chance to talk to anyone arises. I think I have mastered my small-talk skill after the many years of customer service experience thus am very proud of myself. I like to tidy up after myself as I go about my day at home because I think it saves from a major clean up at the end of the day. I'm not a party girl; as I mentioned above, I am fairly quiet, so I mostly enjoy watching a movie and relaxing at home or going out for a walk to get some nice, fresh air. I love pets, cats and dogs mostly. I would adopt at least two dogs if my living conditions were more stable, but as of now, my seed hasn't grown roots yet as I like to bounce around and experience new places and environments. Perhaps later in life. Right now, I get to enjoy time with my friend's cats when I go visit her, and if the house that I housesit has pets, I will get to enjoy their company as well. Currently, I don't have many houses in my housesitting repertoire because I am fairly new. My first housesit ever was for my former boss as he and his wife took a few days to visit their grandson out of town. The experience was phenomenal because I was able to live in their warm, cozy home, enjoy their quiet neighborhood, and experience a different part of town that I didn't even know about. I kept their home clean and neat as I would my own. I am not much of a cook as I can only conjure up simple recipes therefore their kitchen was mostly left unused. However, whenever I did use any kitchenware, I would clean, dry, and put it back soon after. I also watered the plants in their garden once daily as requested. There were no complaints upon their return, and they were happy to see their home safe and sound and their garden as it were. I did not charge a fee then because they allowed me to live in their home and use their hot tub. I still have no fee in mind for houses without pets. If the commute to the house is relatively far, I would like a small help paying for transportation. I have my own car that is fairly efficient in gas mileage, so the compensation would not be significantly large. With pets that need a daily walk, I am open to charging anywhere between $5 -$10 per day. We can discuss the fee and compensation when we meet. When I housesit your home, I ask that you leave a reliable contact number just in case. I would also like a clear list of house rules if you have any and daily tasks that you need me to perform, i.e. watering the plants. It is nice to have a list to be absolutely sure I get every request well done.
