House Sitter in New York, New York

Hi, my name is Drew Maidment and I am looking for work as a housesitter this summer in New York City. I am currently a sophomore theatre major at Muhlenberg college and I am originally from Sharon, Massachusetts. This summer, I will be working as an intern at a theatre company in New York City and I am desperately in search of places to live. With very little money, and no family in the city, I figured housesitting was something I would be good at and could help me a great deal. I am looking for very little pay if any at all, my main concern is finding places to stay this summer. I am a very hardworker, respectful, neat, and well-organized, especially when it comes to taking care of other peoples pets or homes. I have babysat in Massachusetts for numerous families, housesat a couple of times, and petsat for dogs, cats, and birds. I am a huge animal lover, especially dogs, and taking care of animals is something I am very good at. I have also worked for numerous camps, one a sleep away camp at which I had to maintain a bunk full of 12 year old children and keep the place somewhat clean, organized, and put together.
