*Description: Hey my name is Jessica Minks and I am a 32 year old Yoga Instructor, Realtor and Singer/Piansist (these are the 3 jobs I always have going at once). Josh is a Scuba instructor and pilot. He owns and manages several rental propertis. I have done a significant amount of travel, speak Norwegian, Danish, and English and I'm searching for house sitting professional placements. I travel with my partner and we both are well travelled, kind, down to earth, respectful and responsible. We are looking for short and long term house sitting positions. *Services And Training: I am a former Real Estate Agent from Vancouver, BC Canada who loves animals and is in the very early stages of pregnancy. Therefore, I do not smoke or drink and I am very responsible. Josh, my partner is a Master Diver & Instructer & a pilot. If you have a boat, he is able to dive and do regular boat cleaning for you as well. :) He has experience with property management, repair work, and landscaping. Josh will be busy in the area attending some more extensive flight school and offering dive training in the area. So it will be me mostly in the home taking care of the day to day. We are happy to help with property watching, pet and animal care, and snow clearing. Both of us will have personal transportation available. When it comes to previous professional experience, I have, as a Real Estate Agent, been in charge of multiple properties at once, staging them, and making sure they are maintained for my in and out of town clients.
