House Sitter in Othello, Washington

Hello! My name is Michael Chavez, I'm 17 and currently looking for work. I pride myself on doing the best job I can, so I seek the chance to provide my services. I'm available for the following jobs. House Sitting - If you are leaving your home for an extended period and would like someone to watch over it and make sure that it stays clean and secure, I would love to help! I can do basic/routine maintenance, clean and organize rooms, Mail pick-up, and anything else you need to have done. I am also available as an overnight/live-in sitter if scheduled at least two-weeks prior. Pet-Sitting - I enjoy working with animals of all kinds and understand that you would want the best care for your pets. My responsibilities as a pet-sitter include (but are not limited to): feeding, playing, walking, bathing, cleaning up after your pet, and making sure they are content. If your pet is on medication, or needs special care, I am willing to accommodate and only ask that you inform me of how to best care for them. Snow Shoveling/Yard Work - Note: I would need to borrow your tools depending on the job as I do not have my own. I'm available during afternoons to rake leaves, mow and/or edge lawns, trim hedges, and water plants I am free to shovel snow in the mornings within an hours notice. This service is a first-come, first-served, and as I am only one person, I can't guarantee that I'll be able to make it to your home before you go to work. Note: Only available for residents within the city limits of Othello. Other - I am open to doing other types of work such as painting a fence or waxing a car. Simply shoot me an email and we can negotiate a time, place, and price that would work best. End Notes: - I will not be available: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Years. - I have a fairly flexible schedule, but depending upon the frequency of requests I may be selective or negotiate a better time/pay. - I will only work within the city limits of Othello for yard-work, snow-shoveling, and pet-sitting. This is unless I am house-sitting overnight for two days or longer.
