House Sitter in Sarasota, Florida

I am a former Sarasota resident with lots of family still in the Bradenton-Sarasota area. I visit my 93 year old mother and immediate family three-four times per year, staying for periods of two to four weeks. Her home is small and my sister lives with her, so when I visit I must find other accommodations. I have been retired from my career in the public school system since 2014. My husband and I have lived in New Hampshire for 30 years. We have been responsible homeowners in both Montana and New Hampshire since 1977. We are cat lovers, and I often take care of friend's small-medium dogs when they go away. I take excellent care of the places I live. I have Florida references, as well as high owner ratings on vacation rental websites such as "VRBO." I am quiet and keep regular hours. My absolute requirement for any place I stay in Florida is that pest control is consistent and effective. I'm very experienced with both indoor and outdoor plants and gardens.
