I currently take care of another home while owners spend six to eight months away from Albuquerque. Responsible adult with reliable car with a good work ethic. I currently ck their home every ten days. Start their cars, flush commodes and water plants change lights that they want left on now and them. I have had to take care of their alarm a few times but they do have it serviced before they leave town. NM winds set it off now and then. I can do whatever needs to be checked at the house.
