I will clean and maintain the home and property in a high state of ownership for homeowner. I put out rubbish and recycling regularly. Collect mail from mailbox regularly. Ensure adequate care of plants, shrubs and trees. I ensure power, gas and water saving measures are maintained, and will not allow unauthorized persons in home or on property. I will keep owner informed of any and all issues and concerns for home and property, and will send pictures to homeowner.
