I am very responsible, and have always maintained a clean household. I have been a resident of Cayucos CA. for four decades. The house I am living in the last three years has just been sold, so I need to move, and would love to caretake a home in the area (Cayucos, Morro Bay, Los Osos, Cambria, San Luis Obispo).
I work for California State Parks as a tour guide at Hearst Castle. I am also an author of three books (working on 4th & 5th manuscripts at present). I swim laps five days a week, and surf this coast. I am happy to provide as many references as needed.
