Hello, thank you for viewing my profile! My husband and I are mature peaceful living non-smokers that are both over age 40. My primary career has been as a home-maker and office related positions/employee trainer. My husband’s primary career has been as a hospital maintenance technician with floor care experience. We’re looking to provide house sitting services $0 that includes year round house sitting, mail collection, and basic maintenance services (such as performing minor repairs, changing air filters, & scheduling pool maintenance, yard maintenance, etc if and when needed). In exchange, we would like to live-in a guest house on the property rent free (including electric, water, and waste management). We would also like access to amenities on the property, such as pool, gym, hot tub, and such (if available).
