Hi! I’m a 54 yo, responsible, reliable and mature woman seeking live in house sitter positions. I currently have my own home in NC but after summering in Alaska I would like to winter in Florida I can provide excellent references from members of several law enforcement officers.
Services And Training:
I will take care of plant watering, mail collecting, pets, some lawn and landscaping care, and minor home improvements. Upon special arrangements I will act as personal secretary to absent home owner to facilitate taking care of business matters in their absence (bill paying, bank deposits, animals to vet, etc).
