My wife and I have been retired for four years from nursing and teaching. Until recently we had a pair of Maltese dogs, the older of the two was 19 yrs. old. We are extremely responsible. Until last year we owned a vacation rental, so we understand what it is like to have someone else use your home. We enjoy yard work and are willing to do any reasonable tasks. We can house sit in just about any state.
