House Sitter in Issaquah, Washington

We are retired engineers who moved to the area from Canada 22 years ago and fell in love with the Pacific NW. We are currently building our dream home in Issaquah which will feature energy conserving technology and low water use technologies. While we are in the construction phase, we are looking to exchange our ability to care for your home as if were our own for temporary accommodations. My background is in large commercial construction projects such as hospitals, schools, retail buildings, office buildings, apartments and retirement facilities, so maintaining and/or undertaking repairs of your home is no problem for me. My wife is active in the City having been involved with the Development Commission for 19 years, and most recently serving on City Council. Gardening is a passion for her, as well as dog sitting for our friends. We are friendly, outgoing individuals that like to travel and meet new people from all walks of life. Interests also include sailing our 37' boat on Puget Sound, skiing and hiking in the Cascades and road biking in Europe. Outstanding references available.
