Hi, I’m Elaine. Here’s what I can do for you… I will make sure your property is secure and will conduct any necessary business transactions during your absence. I will answer telephone calls and greet visitors; taking messages, forwarding important information to you. Will forward or file mail. If you need me to take care of bills, I can make sure those get paid on time also. Of course I will clean, vacuum and dust you home keeping it in tip top condition. If you have furry friends, I will give him or her lots of love and kisses… oh, I will feed and bathe them too. If veterinary trips are required, I can do that to. I will water plants, and care for swimming pools. If there are any problems with utilities, I can call for service. You can rest assured that your home and pets will be well taken care of. I am willing to stay on the premises for extended amounts of time as I am a writer and I am currently studying for my personal trainer certification and can used the peace and quiet to work on those things.
