House Sitter in Pinehurst, North Carolina

I am a retired US Coast Guard Licensed Merchant Marine Licensed Captain (retired as of Thanksgiving 2016), non-smoker, non-drinker. I am undecided where I want to spend my retirement years, so home sitting seems like a good idea to see different parts of the country. I will be based near Pinehurst North Carolina while I wait for the offers to roll in... I absolutely adore animals of any kind (snakes no so much). I also can do yard work, housecleaning (top to bottom scrubdowns if necessary), car washing and detailing, and minor repairs and upgrades. I am very good with computers and electronics. Your home will be better than when you left to go on your adventure. I can provide daily contact via phone, or email, with video if you like. Just leave me a list and you can be assured it will be followed word for word. I would prefer weekly or more for a housesitting assignment to make it worth my while. I am willing to travel anywhere in the US with a weeks notice (as long as I am available).
