Self Employment Training Program (1991) - While with Partners for Economic Progress, I implemented an entrepreneurship program designed for business skill development leading to the writing of start-up business plans. Grant Writing (1994-96) While with the Chattanooga Housing Authority, I wrote successful grants including a Weed and Seed Grant for the Westside Community of Chattanooga. Southeast Industrial Development Association (SEIDA) (1998 – ...) – I maintained a web deployed database of industrial sites and buildings and engaged in varied marketing activities for the Association.
