House Sitter in Greenville, South Carolina

Hello folks, I am a semi-retired real estate investor/landlord, who has owned, rented, bought and sold, supervised, rehabbed properties for 40 plus years. i work part time in maintenance for a church in Greenville and live with my daughter and granddaughter (10 month old). They are moving out of state so i am looking to housesit longer term as a way to supplement my retirement income. Also I have other family in Greenville and wish to stay local for awhile. I have references for work, business and friends. I could do maintenance and repairs as needed or take of pets. i especially like cats,birds and dogs. I live a quiet home life and like things neat, clean and organized, but am not considered OCD but those who know me. Please email or leave voicemail as I don't always get to my phone.
