House Sitter in Alma, Wisconsin

Hello.....I am Art Wilson, using the moniker of Captain Art. I am a retired river Captain and held a 500 ton US Coast Guard License for, all Oceans, Western Rivers, and the Great Lakes. I have been intrusted with multi- million dollar yachts around the globe. During the summer I am an instructor for a large rental houseboat company on the Mississippi River. My desire is to spend the winter in the warmer climates housesitting. Surprisingly or not I don't like the cold anymore. I am available from October though April. I prefer the warmer climates however if the right situation arose I would certainly give it consideration. Being I am free to travel wherever.
