House Sitter in Victoria, British Columbia

My husband and I are recently retired and looking for adventure with our new found freedom. I am a former primary teacher of 20 years who retired from that to open a little home decor shop in the Kootenays, BC. I owned the shop for 8 years and after making it one of the most successful shops in town, sold it and retired once more. Unable to fully retired, it seems, I have recently started up my own home staging and design consultation business called Gussy It Up since I love the opportunity to connect with people and help with design dilemmas. Eric, my husband has been a builder for 35 years and is in the process of retiring too. We are dog lovers and have always owned a dog. We currently lost our little cairn terrier who went blind 3 years before she died. I miss her terribly and welcome any opportunity to spend time with a doggie. We recently bought a home in James Bay and love it here! I have done pet sitting and am currently a dog walker here in Victoria. References are available on request.
