am a retired gentleman, in excellent health, go to gym daily and very mobile...with my own transportation ( 2015 Impala )
Daughter and family live in Clive. and would prefer to be somewhere near that area.
Also, would prefer to move sometime in Sept. altho October would be o.k. and would prefer position to be available at least until spring.
Have been homeowner all my life so know what has to be done.
I do not own a pet but enjoy all of them and have no allergies.
Can, of course, provide excellent references.
Have excellent credit and am a quiet person..widowed for past 8 years.
Sold home in Missouri Valley but could interview with couple hours notice.
