House Sitter in South Padre Isla, Texas

I have a teenage daughter who is an excellent long distance runner and would like to get her training on the beach. I am from the weslaco, tx area and am looking for something at spi for summer training. I can watch your house at little to no cost as it will benefit us aw well. My daughter is 15 and I am 40 and we live a pretty dull life aside from sports so you don't have to worry about any surprises.
