About Me: Hi there my name is Wendy. I am looking for a house minder job in Sarasota County, Florida. Flexible scheduling for clients. Services And Training: I am comfortable doing pool maintenance, mail collecting, and bird feeding, cats, dogs, horses. Further, I have personal transportation available. I have prior experience as a property manager for 250 owners. I resigned from property management and only do individual owners' services whatever that may be. If I find something wrong while you are away most of the time I can fix it myself as a fraction of the cost. Garbage disposals, dishwashers and toilets should be ran after a certain period of time if they are to work properly when you return from a summer away. I am very handy and have eye for detail. I have seen too many house sitters/managers say they will look after a home and only do so when the owner is coming to town. That is how I started to manage individual owners' properties. I kept them informed of things that affected their home. I just do what I do naturally and that is help people where ever they need it. I enjoy taking care of people and making sure they have no concerns while they are aware. I have 10 clients that have been with me for over 13 years. The others sold their homes.
