Hi there, my name is Kaylie Semler. I'm searching for house sitting positions in Manhattan, KS. My husband and I recently moved to Manhattan. My husband is attending graduate school in the College of Agriculture and I work from home for a Natural Beef company. Since I work from home, I have a relatively flexible schedule. I do travel for work some and normally have weekends free. I am a very organized, trust worthy, and tidy person who loves animals. I am comfortable with property watching, lawn and yard maintenance, and snow and ice removal. I have experience taking care of pets and livestock. I grew up on a registered Angus cow/calf and crop operation which instilled a strong work ethic and passion for helping others. Growing up my parents always made sure we had a clean and organized house which was passed down to how I keep mine. I have no problem conducting household tasks. A clean house is a happy house!
