About me: Just returned to work after taking some time off and need supplemental income to pay medical expenses and to invest in marketing for day to day busines. Currently working as licensed loan officer and real estate agent in the greater Sacramento/ Placer County areas. That’s said, My background I uding fingerprinting was recently cleared by CA Bureau of Real Estate(state) as well as National Mortgage Licensing System (federal) to hold each of these licenses I offer flexible scheduling for clients as I’m a homebody, am self employed and usually work from my home office unless meeting with clients. Services And Training: I’m very familiar with the responsibility’s that come along with joys of homeownership. Everything from picking up the things that need to be picked up, putting out the garbage/ recycling the night before, collecting the mail/newspaper so not to alert any curious onlookers of your departure, and light landscaping/ watering as I do this now at my home, my parents place when vacationing and for friends in the past. . And for those with pets, I love animals. I’m a current dog owner myself. My little one often spends time with my parents so this won’t be an issue.
