House Sitter in Brewster, Massachusetts

My fiance and I are relocating to Cape Cod for his exciting job opportunity as a fishing captain. We would like to find a house to sit long term for the summer season while we search to buy our own home. We recently sold our house in NH to move to Cape Cod, but have not found the right place for us yet. My listing says Brewster, because I had to choose a town, but we are looking for anywhere on the Cape. I work from home for a university so I would be at the house most days to care for and watch over the home. We would be more than happy to maintain the yard, care for pets and/or plants, collect mail, upkeep housecleaning, and any other responsibilities to keep the house in good condition. It is just he and I, and our 7 lb (fully trained and hypoallergenic) Yorkshire Terrier. We are both 30 years old, hardworking, and very responsible.
