House Sitter in Livingston, Texas

Hello, my name is Ms.Debbie & I'm interested in being your house sitter if I may. I live in Goodrich at the south end of Loop 393 right B4 the Entrance way back onto 59 S. I enjoy piddling around the house doing little things making it look nice. Collect Mail, water the animals & plants, vacum, sweep & mop the floors as needed weekly & dusting occasionally as needed. I have about 25 yrs experience of house sitting/keeping. I want you to feel safe, secure & comfortable w/me being here in your home, while your away. Its honest & not to hard of work to do. Its a job that we work hard at doing when managing the daily chores, pick-up, taken care normal household chores, (special an EXTRA task you may ask for once in a while.) If I see it needs a cleaning, picked up or whatever I'll check it out & do so if I'm able. I need work that I can handle, so I can do a good job & so that you'll be satisfied. I like having a routine, a list of the "To Does" what you'd like done if daily, every other day or say once a wk- Mop kitchen floor for me to do. It's steady, nothing to hard or strenuous on me. "Less Stressful than reg. jobs. I'm questionable for when doing house work, so just ask ok, we'll figure something out I'm sure... I hope you have a good day...
