Seeking Monroeville Housesitter Opportunity

Overview: Hi there my name is Bill. I am interviewing for a house/pet/overall home care and maintenance position in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. I will travel within a 15 mile radius of Monroeville, including the following areas: Mount Lebanon, Upper Saint Clair and Bethel Park. I strive to be a well Trained, exceptional candidate. I can alter my schedule to meet your needs. Services And Training: I am comfortable doing plant watering, pet and animal care, and bird feeding. I have limited experience training pets, but have owned several dogs in my lifetime. Regarding my experience, I do not have experience as a house sitter, but have owned and maintained my home for 33 years. I am willing to perform normal daily activities, including mail pickup, light duty cleaning (vacuuming), yard maintenance and cleanup, NS limited snow removal (sidewalks, small driveways). In addition, I am also a very good cook, specializing in comfort foods, and would be willing to prepare some meals as requested. I cook almost everyday. Some of my more complimented dishes are beef stew, chicken stew, shrimp and corn chowder, ham and bean soup, meatloaf, and stuffed peppers. In addition, I make a crab stuffed salmon fillet that is exceptional. Daily rate would be negotiable based on the requested tasks and duties. Minimum rate would be $16 per hour for limited tasks (pick up mail, feed pets, etc.). Yard work, light duty cleaning, home maintenance, etc., would add to the hourly rate. Personal: I graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1983 with a Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and practiced as an engineer for 35 years.
