Hey my name is Butch. I am looking for a house sitting situation near St. Petersburg, Florida. I am a very clean, responsible 50 year old man who recently stopped building custom homes and I'd like to travel the country and see new places. I have a wonderful, small dog, and I'm free to do as I please, so hopefully I can assist you. I can repair or replace anything on a home and perform any necessary maintenance or improvements as well. Available now.
Service Abilities:
I am comfortable doing pool maintenance, pet and animal care, and snow clearing. On top of this, I have transportation and tools. Regarding prior qualifications, I have multiple prior experiences taking care of properties including vacation rentals.
